The US magazine Glide exclusively premieres the video for “Inland Empire” – the first single from the “Red Barn Sessions”, recorded by Son of the Velvet Rat together with The Ghost And The Machine in California’s Morongo Valley. The song is a bow to the director David Lynch, who died in January 2025, and borrows one of his film titles.
Andi Lechner is introduced there as a sought-after guitarist from Vienna – a fine international start for the collaboration between the two Austrian acts, spanning Graz, Vienna and Joshua Tree.
