Andi Lechner and The Ghost And The Machine were guests on the Ö1 radio session, recorded in Studio 2 of the Vienna RadioKulturhaus and presented by Helmut Jasbar. In the first part, Lechner used records he had brought along to talk about his influences – from Bob Dylan through Chris Whitley and Karen Dalton to Sister Rosetta Tharpe. Then came live versions from the current album “Sorrows” and from the “Red Barn Sessions”, recorded in California with Son of the Velvet Rat – from “Blue & Grey” to “Iron Sun”.
